I may not be able to speculate about the removal of Lambos, but I can with the other two. Ever since crates have been added to the game, many players were mad and contacted the car companies about the situation, so Koenigsegg and Bugatti sent cease and desists to not just DE, but to the whole racing playerbase. This means that other games such as VL, SWF, and CDT have their models of all 3 removed.
