I’m guessing The ASMR Bro has a physically demanding job that requires a lot of lifting, plus he does martial arts, goes to the gym, and goes for lots of runs. I believe he also does some heavy fasting, like 1-2 meals a day, so I can see how he can maintain a fit physique on extremely high caloric meals. Whatchu guys think? I don’t think it’s a magic metabolism or anything special like that, just calories in calories out.

Meh, he is young so his metabolism is very, very fast. It's not the weight gain we should be talking about though... this meal alone is like 2500+calories and thousands of milligrams of sodium. This would be fine if he ate like this once a week, but man he eats junk for every video... worried about his health honestly. Stay safe everyone
