Ingredients required-
Brinjal / Baingan / Eggplant
100 gm besan
25 gm rice flour
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp kalonji
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
150-160 ml water
½ tsp salt
oil for frying
