I don't know if anybody has mentioned this but I make soap and hair products and if you buy non-scented liquid hand soap to refill your dispenser you can buy essential oils that you like, such as jasmine and honeysuckle and mix them. Put a few drops of it into it when you refill it.

I hope you keep looking for the right landscaper, you'll find one, and stay away from those two companies. Unfortunately, your ex gets the service he gets because he's a man. I'm a man and I've seen this treatment. Your a single mom and all they want you to do is agree with whatever they say, stand aside, keep quiet, and pay them. There's nothing wrong with demanding respect as a customer. A dollar is still the same whether it comes the from the hand of a man or woman..

Hey Mary! I love the Mrs. Meyers hand soaps and they have just a honeysuckle version (no jasmine). You can find it at Target typically. It has a yellow label on the bottle. So check it out if you can or when you run out of your others. Also, search for Laura and Aaron’s YT channel called Garden Answer. They do their own lawn maintenance with some good tips. Thank you for posting this! I have noticed this happening more and more frequently - missed communications, offices having no records of things they told me/calls I made, and just poor customer service in general. I feel like I have to do all of my correspondence through email just so I have a record of everything! I feel like I'm going crazy sometimes but it's nice to know I'm not alone!!!
Case in point...the doctor's office told me they would call today about a prescription. Take a wild guess as to whether or not they called LOL

I’ve just had a look on Google Shopping, the honeysuckle jasmine soap is available to buy from a few online retailers... It’s always disappointing when stuff I enjoy is discontinued, hope you can get a couple bottles to stock up!

One job seems to lead to 3 more. I KNOW about home fixing adventures, one time it took a heating/cooling co. ONE month to install a heat pump properly. Building our entire home seemed less stressful. Other contractors told us that we got a great deal price wise, but we paid for it in blood, sweat, and tears.

You could always add a few drops of essential oil to the unscented jug of soap to make it smell nice like eucalyptus or lavender.
I'd be like, "that's miscommunication within YOUR company and has nothing to do with me." Unfortunately, customer service has taken a nosedive the last ten years. It seems like I'm dealing with a company about stuff like this every 3 months. And don't get me started about fast food getting my order right.
I google & use Yelp reviews all the time. Some people just have no common decency. So sorry your dealing with this! x

Check with the soap manufacturer and see if they sell it somewhere else or directly. 🤔 Move on to another company for the lawn. Unprofessional. Leave a review on their site as to poor and rude customer service. Or..take a sample of soil and grass to Cooperative Extension in your county for testing and see if they can suggest what you need. Ask your neighbors who have service who they use. A small time guy might be a better option.

I'm sorry you had such bad customer service with these lawn companies and hope that you find one that will treat you better and get your yard in order.
I came to the conclusion long ago that if there's anything good they will stop selling it. I'm starting to think there's something to it because it's happened so much. Can't tell you how many really good products or food that I loved and the store would quit selling it or the company would stop making it. It just happened to me again recently with this amazing smelling body wash that I can't find it anywhere now.
I felt like a "Karen" this week as well. I don't know what happened to customer service these days!

Some of the Walmarts around here will sometimes have clearance stuff in the most random places. Where's the clearance soap today? Clearance aisle? Arts and crafts end cap? Beauty? My boyfriend are working towards buying a house. I want a moss yard so it's soft and green and we don't have to mow 🤣

I've never heard of that soap. I'll have to make a point of trying to find it. Of course it would be about 3 or 4 dollars here.Things are always more expensive in Canada.

Like yard shaming? When I lived in Georgia our church had this thing called flamingo insurance. If you didn’t pay for it they would come around and put plastic flamingos in your yard at one point during the year, it was used for fundraising. And they were just leave them with me and goes on your card for a bit.

It’s been so hot in Ohio, I can’t imagine what the weather is in the Carolinas. That’s the thing about Walmart- they have something for awhile, then one day it just disappears from their shelves. You might be able to find it on eBay or something, though.

I use Method products as they're eco friendly and smell delicious but not overpowering. TOP TIP Use diluted hand soap in empty foamer bottles.....about 1/3 soap to 2/3 water.
