If you went in as a cash buyer you could probably get this for around the twelve million mark, this property has been on the market for a year now with no takers yet they would have you believe that the property market is still good. The upkeep of this property must be eye watering and I can’t see the developer wanting to keep paying out for maintenance, so if you have twelve million lying around put in a offer you might just get it.
I think is a great house and should sell if they adjust the price a little more. I guess it will go for around 12 max 13 but let’s see , the market is very volatile

Q tal estas viktoria tu canal esta guay y tu contenido mola solo te daria dos mejoras la primera q hagas un tour rapido de noche tambien las propiedades cambian mucho por la noche y es un extra guay ver todo de noche y lo segundo ya q grabas todo o casi todo en españa podrias al menos subtitular en español tus videos para entenderte sin problema por lo demas muy buen canal.

I have a big family. I would have to bring them all there to justify buying this palace. What kind of family buys such a home??
Just wondering if all the furniture is in with the asking price or are they separate, I have seen this home videoed by three different people now in the past twelve months so selling this home isn’t going well. The price has also dropped by two million I’m just wondering how low will it go before it sells, it has got wonderful views but it’s not like it’s in walking distance to shops and restaurants you would definitely need a vehicle of some sort to get around.
