- I wanted to give an idea of how much investment is needed to fully clear the Wuthering Waves Endgame Tower of Adversity. The middle tower - Tower of Hazard - is the most difficult by far, with Level 100 bosses, so it's the two floors I showcased here.

My gameplay isn't very good in the video and my builds aren't optimal, but my characters were VERY strong. They all had strong echoes, and were Sequence 6, except for Verina who was S0. For weapons, my DPSes all had Rank 1 5* weapons and my supports had the concerto energy regeneration 4* weapons.
At Union Level 40, I think whales will have a chance to clear get the full 30 Crest clear. The biggest hurdle will be getting good echoes, since we will be gated by the amount of echo EXP and tuners we can acquire. The other limiting factor for the first few weeks will be weekly boss materials which are required to unlock your special inherent skills, though not all the skills are necessary.
After Union Level 50, I think whales should have a reasonable chance of max clearing, and this is when smaller spenders will have a chance as well. I think a team of SN0s with 2 5* weapons MIGHT be able to do it, but you'll really need to optimize your combos and parries. The Jiyan and Yinlin SN6s are no joke though, Jiyan's are especially broken.
What I mainly concluded though, was that the end-game Tower does seem to be a decent challenge. Even when we hit max level at Union Level 60, I think the stages will still be challenging for most of us, since we will need multiple well built characters. But the fun part, is, perhaps we will discover some insane tech for some of the characters a few weeks after release and it'll be a breeze. I also have some videos showcasing the damage comparisons between some of the common team comps, maybe I will summarize and compile them into another video. I do think it is very interesting.
How you get yinlin??, is this like cbt 2??

is the only way to get echo exp is via the store/quests/gift shop(limited) and tacet field?

Thanks for all of your hard work..! really interesting to see how the difficulty scaling works out and glad to see that even with powerful setups it's not at all free and that kuro didnt give up difficulty and their combat tuning either whilst making the game more accessible analysis in the pinned comment is really interesting, thanks for the hard work

Well. That is an insane lvl of investment. Glad to know it's not soemthing I can reach anywhere near with my f2p maybe light spender plans anytime soon. So guess I'll just chill and take it slow instead of endgame rushing like I did with genshin or star rail. Cheers!
Same, after watching this creator even with insane stats 2 days in still have a bit of difficulty. I'll just stick to leveling up my data bank and UL and doing quests. To hell with big damage, I'mma take my time and hoard a lot of materials.
Yeah I don’t think the devs want us to rush through the game tbh. The game gets significantly harder so rushing it is pointless.

Basically, just take your time and build your fav characters. I'm planning to hoard a lot of materials too, so when I find a character I like in the future (Geshulin) I can C6 them too even when f2p..
or ever, the characters were max constellations and probably has signature or weapons as well

do you think its better to build sub dps like mortefi and sanhua with concerto weapons and energy rechange 3 cost or crit weapon + elemental damage 3 cost ?

Even with that high of investment, it speaks how well done the core strength of the game is. I'm very excited to start trying these insane difficulty floors once we can get more and more investment put into characters, maybe one month in we can reach those lvl100 challenges! Can't wait to see how it all evolves once more people get to "endgame" and new characters/echoes come out.

Due to the free 5* selector I can pick my 3rd main dps for my team on tower, Is it worth to pull for weapon banner if you already have Main dps for 3 teams already? or just spend it for regular standard banner for dupes?
Better to pull for weapon banner since you can pick the weapon you want.
@@nonessss2810 also, you can get s2 for characters from shop anyway, and thats where most of character improvement locked at (s2), unless they adding more characters to standard 5* characters pool, it seems getting 5* weapon is the priority here

Well just like in genshin or HSR, I think I'll sum it up after 3 or 4 months full of grinding building my character's to beat this tower. Because usually after that period of time I can max clear it, let's see if in this game are the same.
I'm not whale and I think it's a fair time for that. Tho I'll still gonna try every month to push my limit if I can do it or not.
Imagine with WuWa had PGR levels of Music. Just listening to narwhal makes me kind of dissapointed that we got very little good music in the overworld and when fighting.

No, she's an electro support. Encore is 100% normal attack spam as her optimal rotation, even in ult form. Her support is Sanhua.

Is it weird that seeing this video is discouraging me from trying to keep playing ? I know I'll never be that good. I never play these types of games in the first place and seeing there's so many agility mini games I won't ever be able to complete cause I'm so bad at them, I'm just thinking this just might not be the game for me. Game looks awesome and watching people like Sweetily who's amazing at the game is fun, but I don't think I'll be playing much of it. Don't feel like sweating a game just to "git good" and rage about it.
So we just have to get SN6 for our dps and we can clear it in 2 mins...😂😂

Only one is a limited character, which is Yinlin.
Theyre also NOT fully leveled, and their skills are also only up to +6 instead of 10.
And Yinlin while being an amazing dps herself her support function is primarily for electro so Calcharo would of technically been a much faster clear here

Im really happy that Kuro didnt lean on the casuals. This games if it continues like this, will have me as their player until server end.
S6 units is a ridiculous level of investment. I full clear HSR with E0S1 or E1S1 units. I think the most important thing missing from this video is the fact that Kuro nerfed virtually all DPS prelaunch except for Jiyan, and most likely Yinlin as well. E.g. every single one of Sephiroth's multipliers were nerfed by ~50%. His normal attack combo dropped like 200% damage. They've significantly increased the P2W aspect of the end game.
Did you know if they nerf the mob? Or we only know about character balancing ?
Dude you need to stop spreading these lies. The entire game was made easier and some multipliers got lowered because of that. But these characters are stronger than ever because the difficulty level was dropped.

I passed with Danjin who's ly hzrdest hitting character but this thing is trully demoralizing.. like I'm not a tryhard I take some hits.. but getting one shot by ennemied lf the same level feels absurd.. thats just the starting one.. I feel like I'm gonna have a lot of bad time on the game

Uhmmm what. Basically max copies of everyone? This isn’t exactly investment. That’s whaling and not really achievable for the average person.
Read the pinned comment. And look at the current level. It’s just an example of what players need to reach to full clear in future. Not via s6 everyone
can read the pinned comment to use this as more to give some form of reference to earliest clears that will come out from whales, and use it as reference for your own later clears, and note that the characters are level 70/70 missing two ascensions and world levels of investment (think months of farming difference)
