How difficult is it to understand how this happens… These men work out all day, everyday, and many of them look damn good & the women are “locked up” with them. Let’s be honest, all of them aren’t suffering from low self esteem🤨 some are just horny and enjoy “forbidden sex” just as much as those men, who are also very horny✌🏾
@paulinebaylock8740 I wonder why they allow co-ed staffing. Women's prisons should only have flame staff and vice-versa. That would help this problem alot, I think.

As a former correction officer this is true the workers sleep wit inmates and the workers sleep each other. I told them all from staff to inmates dont try me. I dont want no inmate and i dont want no staff either. The workers be scared so they do stuff cuz they get caught. Given them phone and all i was like ummm i aint give u no phone nothing. 3 years working in a jail they respected me and i aint have to worry i set the rules from the moment i stepped foot on a unit. They know who to try

@KK the only one ! Stephens i got stories for days abt working in the system. Them ppl was so scared i documented everything. Staff were doing all types of criminal ish they hater me but they also new not to play wit me. Thats why the inmates respected me. Because if u wrong u wrong.

A formerly incarcerated close friend of the family married his corrections officer. They’re still presently married now that he’s released, but her career is toast. Definitely agree with Q, this is way more common than one might think

When male correctional officers take sexual advantage of female inmates, not a single person pleads for empathy for the men or assess the psychological underpinnings. They are viewed as predators abusing their authority. But we suddenly require sensitivity for these grown women who know exactly what they are doing.

This does happen more often than we know. I personally know someone who resigned her job as a CO and married one of her former inmates she oversaw.

It's coming to see women desperately seeking men.
I agree with everything Quinton said about the motivations for the conduct, but I wonder how much empathy she'd be getting in these comments if she were a man taking sexual advantage of female inmates. No one would be delving into the psychological underpinnings of his behavior. He'd just be called a predator, but everybody wants to play Dr. Ruth since it's a woman. If we truly want gender equality, it's imperative that we hold women to the same accountability standards that we demand for the men in identical scenarios.
Does Funky Dineva know people lie. I've been to prison twice. And one of the things people do is lie about ish like that. I find it highly unlikely that the dude he ran into was messing with multiple nurses, not one, even if it's true. If he he told him the real ish about how we inmates would get money (masturbate) when our cellmates left the cell, I'd believe that story. Or the visit story too. And yeah some the nurse and COs do get down like that. But they also get caught too and everybody ain't partaking. That's the truth.
I know a few guys who went to prison and they all were screwing the female staff.
@@iamwalkingbyfaith Prisons hold 1000s of inmates. Most inmates are in cells while others are in dorms if the prison have them. The female staff unless they are Correctional Officers are not just roaming around. Nurses walk around with COs. They are not by themselves. The only way someone is messing around with a nurse is if they some how have access to the medical tiers or blocks either working there or being sick.
The female Correctional Officers is another story. An inmate would have to be on a tier or block they have some sort of privileges on to be able to sneak and pull that of that with the CO.
Other staff such as teachers and personnel from jobs inmates get is also another story. Inmates either go to school or work. The point is that not that easy even though it does happen. Especially when people get caught the prisons getting even stricter. So whenever I hear someone tell a story like that I'm don't automatically believe it even if it is true. But that's just me.

I'm a former Federal correctional officer. You would not believe the amount of officer/inmate relationships that go on in facilities.
Let me tell yall. In training they overstress these situations. All I heard was if you violate any of these rules. You could be prosecuted. Shit, that was enough to scare me. However, We had single and married female and male officers having relations with inmates. I'm just gonna keep it real. Our facility had some fine ass inmates, and they are good at what they do. They compliment you and offer you bribes daily. You have to be a strong person with common sense, self-esteem, and all morals in check for this job. Officers,please stop losing yourself in these manipulating situations. 🙏🙏🙏

The funny thing is that those same women (no matter how unattractive they may think they are) could easily get that same attention from most men out in the streets if they make it known that they are interested in them or are looking for a relationship. However, many of those same women would reject a good dude who wasn't a jailbird and who wasn't that attractive or "cool" or who didn't have a lot of money if said dude tried to kick it to them. Here is the honest truth of the matter, most men aren't as shallow and as picky as women. Especially when it comes to wanting to have sex with them.
