Billy Bob seems decent, other than the mask being a cheap 3rd party bootleg one that doesn't completely fit which means it easily rips and wear, also there might be small issues with his arms I might not be noticing.
I can tell that a lot of Beach Bear's cosmetic is missing under those bags, back in 2017 I'd rather see his almost bare mech perform than see him disabled and covered up. Also one of Mitzi's ear lever is ripping through the latex.
At this point the bag is pointless because the day that Smitty's Super Service station visted Billy Bob's Wonderland, Beach Bear was missing his mask but was not covered up.

CEC Roadshows we had someone working on the curtains but never finished the job.

Yea in 2019 his neck also broke because a pin fell out lol but now he so good now
