Heated clothes rack? Wow I never knew such things existed. Thanks Charlotte.
The pop-up descriptions on screen were really cool and effective 👍🏼

Good evening , France is on this place ( not stade 🏟 de France lol ) , i live in south of France as a single man without family , i'm minimalist in order to be on retirement as possible , i like watching international videos like these and sharing my experience , this is how i do it : in december 2022 , i will be 40 years and have closed the reimbursement of my apartment purchased in january 2014 , thanks to my savings on transport-food-accomodation , 12 years money earn back , based on a thoses tips :
    - no new clothes or objects to pay
    - no fast food , no restaurant
    - no subscriptions channels ( sport , cinéma )
    - no smoke , no alcohol
    - no old car since yesterday because of inflation , just a bike to go working , then no fuel , no taxes , no more expensive repairs to pay
    - only electric equipment at home
Next year , i would like to invest in real estates to get more money and protect from inflation , i hope to find something beautiful , i wish you the best in your goal , see you next time for exciting news , god save the Queen and vive la France 😉

That's a great list, thanks for sharing. For me there is a balance I want to achieve and I don't want to deprive my kids. We have family live far so transport is necessary but my husband sold his car and used a bike for work when he was going out and that was a great saving with lots of benefits!

    101. Turn off your computer after watching this to save energy.
I agree, go outside where it's warm, shorts and T shirt for 10 weeks here.
Candles? No thanks, a fire risk. At least your house would be warm.
What's all this dishwasher, clothes drier and fridge stuff? Heated clothes rack? I don't have any of them. Nor a t.v. these last 22 years.
If you hand wash clothes rinse them in cold water.
Why a smart meter? I can read my meter. 45 kWh electricity and 3 units of gas (about 33 kWh) for August.
A lukewarm bath in this hot weather and col off cost me 4p. I read the red numbers. Not deep because I don't want to swim in it.
I like a boiled egg every morning so boil all 6 in one go. Boiling water once instead of 6 times.
I bake bread and turn off the electricity at 20 minutes but leave it in for another 5 as there is still enough heat in there.
I insulated my house when I was working, 12 inches in the attic, walls already done when I moved in, and I put a new roof on the extension 2 years ago with insulation.
