Good observation,I've noticed in so many of his interviews, the host should be sharp enough to be flexible where need be.

This is very normal, if you fail to give bribe while in Police Station, chances of being arraigned to Court is very high

Hi. Can you be advising the people imprisoned unlawfully to sue the state so as this menace of police being inhumane to end. I have been harassed by police till I started working from home. Being arrested doing your daily jobs without any reason. I just don't like some of our officers. Nice work you are doing

According to me this guy might be innocent or not , his narration is either he is confused or hiding something. Like hapa anasema uhuru ndie alitoa hukumu ya kinyonga, mmmmh no that was during kibaki erra not uhuru. During uhuru regime their was no death sentence. He is not saying where the touting and robbery are connecting.? Coz kwa hiyo robbery lazima walioibiwa wakue kama mashaidi were they there?? What made him convicted if their wasn't evidence? Okey huyu boss wake aliingiliana wapi kutoa ushahidi ya uongo like kama hawakuwa wamekosana hapo mwanzao. Anyway whether u did or didn't.cha muhimu uko free and free of crime.

A tout is always surrounded by alibis. The case should have been thrown out.

some of these interviews are unbelievable..kama this guy hiyo narration isn't adding up
1)to get convicted to death is a herculean task for the prosecution especially where the case ni ati ya kuekelewa unless there is a very determined and vengeful complainant whom this guy says was a rich stranger, (what did the stranger stand to gain from his conviction? Why waste all that time n resources?) if he didn't commit the crime then his alibi would have been a saving grace, why couldn't he account for where he was at the time of the incidence?
2)he says nothing about the alleged bribery
3)For your family to distance itself from u they MUST have known or highly suspected that u are of questionable character and capable of committing such crimes otherwise ur family is usually ur first line of defense especially ukiekeleweka something that they know is out of character.
4)why is he advising other criminals to rekebika na wachunge mienendo yao unless u have undergone that process urself and why would u have to if u are totally innocent n crime free??
5)I doubt whether the appeal court realesed him ati coz iliona ''siwezi piga watu watatau''..that's laughable😅, the court of Appeal probably found a glitch in the procedure rather than form..
    Hii ni uongo, he's guilty

you're an advocate instead of judging this guy you should be struggling to change the way justice is being served to your fellow countrymen.. he's not learned meaning they took advantage of that fact and he was sentenced with false accusations... hii Kenya kama hauna pesa ama connection from higher offices we ukifika court uwekwee remand ni hivo .. our officers are corrupt ukienda ku report case lazima utoe bribe in order to be helped...Maisha Ni tough huku njee Kwa wenye hawajiwezii atleast you can defend yourself with that gift help others don't judge people iyo ni kazi ya Mungu
