  • Steady Current? How to produce it.? Direction of Current? How to measure Current? Units of Current & how Current is Scalar.
    Charges in motion constitute an Electric Current. Such currents occur naturally in many situations. Lightning is one such phenomenon in which charges flow from the clouds to the earth through the atmosphere. The flow of charges in lightning is not steady, but in our everyday life we see many devices where charges flow in a steady manner, like water flowing smoothly in a river.
    We see in this video how to create steady and continuous current.
    We define electric current as rate of flow of charge. We look at the direction of actual current and conventional current and how this confusion is an historical accident.
    We also look at units of current. Unit of current is Ampere.
    Finally, we see how the conductor with current flowing is not in an electrostatic equilibrium and hence Electric Field inside is not zero.

    Sir negative terminal ke paas lower potential hota hay aur positive ke paas higher but positive charge ke liye. Par jab hum electric current move karte hain to electrons move karte hain aur unke liye negative terminal higher aur positive terminal lower potential ka hoga.to is hisaab se electrons higher to lower potential movr karenge.Sir plzzz clear my doubt.
