The map bot jump scare is probably the scariest, like you already expect the other's jump scare, but the map bot just goes like "TaKe a mAp" when you get out of the elevator
Blob can also be unexpected since, if you aren't paying enough attention to his tentacles, he can catch you off guard.

The fact that Gregory actually has a full model even when in first person is amazing. Usually in FPS style games, the guy you are playing as usually is a headless body

It’s all about the atmosphere of when they get you. In a setting like this, of course no one is scared.
the chase is much scarier than the jumpscare, with those heavy metal footsteps and violent shaking of the camera, when you get spooked its just "fuck me i gotta restart now"

I feel like it would’ve been cooler if the jump scares were more interactive like the jump scares in Alien Isolation, or the fan game The Joy of Creation.
In AI, the way the jump scares played out depended on how the Xenomorph caught you. If it caught you hiding, it would rip you out of your hiding place. You tried running from it? It stabbed you through your belly with its tail. Even when you were simply caught there were various animations to dying. I didn’t even see them all in my playthrough.
In TJOC, though they don’t have a lot of animations for the jump scares, they at least had the animatronics do something when they caught you. For example, instead of just screaming, Bonnie would punch you, or Foxy would slash you with his hook.
The jump scares in game were a bit bland and boring. All in all, they weren’t scary.
The jumpscares are only scary depending on the situation. Its absolutely not scary if you see it coming but if it comes out of no where it's much scarier
Alien Isolation is one of the best, if not THE best horror game of all time. In all honesty I feel like it’s spoiled me to the point that I’ll never be able to enjoy horror in the same way

Seems like they move like the other animatronics. The 1st one in the vid ran like Roxy and the 2nd one ran like Monty. I wonder if there is one that runs like Chica.
It's actually interesting, you can see them moving in the cameras as well.
And it's cool how you can actually hide from them, like they behave just like the other animatronics, but they freeze when looked at. Most other games that use this mechanic, they always know where you are.

The eyeless roxy jumpscare is Roxy screaming herself, the default scream which is used for the normal Glamrocks is Gregory's scream.
