The show is a reality show to form an idol girl group. Those that they showed in the end who looked like they were in awe of G22 were some of those contestants. They needed to beat G22 and failed to do so. G22’s stage presence is of a different level, in my opinion. They even showed Lay’s impressed facial reaction twice during this one performance.
This girls are amazing!! G22 are the female version of SB19 their vocals wow!! I love BINI as well❤
G22 is the best FEMALE PPOP group , but so underated because of lack of promotion 😢
I think they need to get some sort of endorsement / sponsorship deals with brands that is somewhat associated to their image of being Alpha female.

My favorite girl group ❤ I love 'em coz of their powerful vocals plus they're balanced as there's different range of tone each member. I especially love how this group exude both feminine and masculine energy. I like cutesy vibe too I see in other girl group, but G22 sex appeal and energy is rare in KPOP or P-POP.

Yes to Alamat! They are my 2nd favorite ppop group after sb19. They are really good and what I like about them is that they are singing in different languages that we have here in the Philippines. One of them is my mother tounge called Bikol/bikolano. Their wish bus performances are fire!😊

But G22 is a phenomenon by itself, they are an elite group of talented individuals who exude both tenacity and humility. Watching this show after the performances, you can tell how friendly they are to the other groups and how witty they are. Sadly it doesn't have an MV yet but it does have a lyric video (with english sub I believe) and you can watch their live performance (featuring their raw vocals) of this song by checking out LOKA (Tambay Version)... Trust me, you'll have another treat... 🧡 I love all the girls because they are all beautiful rays of sunshine but I can't deny the fact that while Bianca was my bias wrecker (I am still sad about her departure), JAZ is my ultimate bias (ever since day 1) same as how I see you right now... By the way, her fanbase is called JAZLINGS... Just in case, you wanna know... 😁 I am excited for you to check out other PPop groups as well... Btw, VXON is pronounced as vision... Many Philippines singers are under rated and yet above the norm.
Jaz to me is like an Aiana Grande level belter, range, control and beauty.
In an alternate reality or role reversal she would have the contracts and financial command that Ariana has.
Conversely someone as talented as Ariana if she started in Philippines first would not be held in the same degree as she is today.
I know what you are getting at but personally I don't like Ariana Grande as a vocalist. But that is just me. Lots of western artists try to flex and show off most of the time instead of transporting emotions. Thats why I don't really like Ariana Grande or Beyonce. But that is just me.
These girls here are transporting emotions and a message and have great voices on top of that. And that is what I like. To me the message and the emotional vibe comes first, and then the voice. I always say I'd rather hear 24 hours of Kurt Cobain singing off pitch with a grungy voice than one minute of Dimash who has - for me - zero emotion.
@@NeonReactionsPierre Oh my Pierre are you a fan of Grunge too? I love that era too! Nirvana, Soundgarden, Alice In Chains, and Pearl Jam. But I agree with you, a lot of western talents have great abilities but don't exude emotions and the lyrics sometimes are suspect, like they are trying to advocate something shady.
Agree with you that the Talents in the Philippines are just under the radar. But that is also because the Music industry itself in the Philippines is not as robust as the U.S. or even Japan music industry. The way I can see talents can become more financially sound in the Philippines is to have financial education themselves and not rely on platforms like Spotify to earn. Be entrepreneurs and create opportunities like what SB19 is doing currently.
Also, understand that in the west, the signed artists are not always necessarily the cream of the crop, but rather, the ones who follow their handlers command. In short, those who were vulnerable to exploitation are the ones given the keys to the Lambo. To a certain degree, that also happens to some talents in the Philippines.
@@ninkichan7209 Being a guitarist and singer myself for over fourty years I went through all stages of handmade guitar music. But playing cover songs of all those grunge bands back then was a blast. I was in a few bands and we did loads of Pearl Jam, Nirvana and Alice in Chains and some Creed covers. Yes the grunge era was an awesome time. There is so much good music out there. I still enjoy the Foo Fighters, Counting Crows, some old Metallica and Pantera, but I also really like Billy Joel and Sarah McLachlan and Tori Amos.... I'm all over the place when it comes to music.

And yes, I listen to Old Metallica and not the new ones. Pantera is also a personal favorite like Megadeth, etc. I grew up in a household full of music from my parents to my siblings (Sinatra, Pavarotti, 80's New Wave, Pop Jazz, etc.). Wow, I now have a better perspective of where you are coming from then when you react. ☺
