I logged into CZcams to find a talk on how to forgive someone who badly hurt me today ,I felt so betrayed and hurt by him,I didn't wish to forgive and I even prayed God about it to help me ,then I landed to her talk,this soo soothing and healing, am able to forgive, am able to release the hurts! Yes Anisha, I agree the emotionally ill are the emotionally wounded who have not understood how to realease their deep pain. They do not understand that they are not to blame for the wound that someone caused them. That person was also out of balance and did not know how to release their pain and sitting with feeling profoundly uncared for and like they are nothing to have been treated with such profound disrespect. Instead they have collected all their hurts, not discriminating between accidental woundings and others nasty cruelty because of their own pain. They carry and collect their pains like rocks in a rucksack to fling at others, instead of releasing their pain to God.
Instead of understanding that the person who tries to hurt you, does not truly see you as a part of God and as a part of themselves with whom they are angry and feeling hateful. Their wounded selves and wounded egos get in the way of releasing their pain because they over personalise what has happened. In a blind rage they do not see you but their original attacker who hurt them the most.
Sitting in an ashram chanting and meditating in Gods presence has helped me release my pain as understand That I am truly loved and a child of God no matter what happens. And the wise words of Didis and Gurus and Sadgurus gives me insight and illuminates the path to God and wise living.

The concept of swarga and naraka explained in this video. When you die with no regret happily, no prejudice, no anger, no wants, no jealousy and being peaceful, it is swarga.
When you die with some unfinished things and you are not able to anything as you do not have a body, it is naraka.
So, it is important to keep practicing daily not to keep prejudices so that at the time when you leave the body, you do not have any qualms and that you are in swarga.

In the country I was born (Dominican Republic) we have the bible or at least that's the only thing I had and I didn't have the curiosity to read it all I just read Jesus Christ commands and that's it. Now, the moment I learned to read English or at least understand most of it. I found a hidden gem within me, my passion about spirituality. I didn't know how to stop it; I read all kinds of spiritual books from different countries until I found a real diamond that resonated with me very much and I studied it well so well that I can teach it, and later on that path a Master Soul from India manifested to me and I fell in love with his teachings because it was similar to what I understood from my studies. The people used to called him Sri Ramana Maharshi from Tiruvannamalai. His teachings are not for people without any spiritual experience I understand that everyone are at a different level of understanding of the nature of the self but his teachings are advanced it goes right to the center. I've always been in that state, of ready to leave! And, I do those exercises of forgiving and releasing all the time. Since toddler age! It's just within me. But, there is a big "but". The more life went on the more challenges I got on my way, with hard situations and very difficult people. It made me very weary and sad. And every time I had to do those exercises over and over again...Deeper and deeper. But, I've noticed every time, that ok one can forgive and release, and always do our best to be in God's light. And, of course it's better thsn keeping grudges and pain.
I've now come a long way, and have to handle life differently.
As, I object to be a scapegoat or that good person one can throw trash at. As, yes, there are a majority of lost souls and low vibrational people out there. Just wanting to vampire your goodness out if you. It's a fact.
So, I must protect myself, now.
Too old to take on any hardships or hurtful pain from others. I don't have a community nor family behind me, to back me up or protect me. So, I chose not to be available to attact. And, at times, I do counter attack in an intelligent way, if someone does something wrong. That's the best way for me not to keep grudges nor hurt. Put someone back into place. I have the maturity and experience to be able to do that. And, I'm glad to be a part of God's Universe. Amen! 🙏
