Super appreciated the note that came with my cap, cheers Ben! Really enjoy the vids and training tips, hoping I can crush the vert like this over the next couple of months too!
Thanks Ben - great content as always! I particulary enjoyed watching this trail run - for me, this type of run, where you explore new places off the beaten track, is the best thing about running :)
Yeah.. doing the same loop near home can get pretty boring at times, so love trying to get out and explore as much as I can. Glad you liked the video Alice, all the best and hope your runnings is going well!
Great video Ben. I just found your channel as I was looking for other trail running vloggers. Just subscribed. Would love to make to Spain to do so trail videos.
How have I only just found your channel, very nice footage Ben, hit subscribe so will be along for the ride going forward. Need to find out how you did in the race now!
What a great place to run, -9c while I was running here today in Finland :P bet your legs got a little sting in the shower after all them scratches ;) Great video, as always!
-9!!! Ouch!!! I'd be out training in skiing clothing if it was -9! Yes, the shower certainly hurt later that day.. dam gorse bushes! haha.. Hope you enjoyed your run Marc!
hey ben any chance you can do a "home" bodyweight strengthening routine - glutes, hips, lower back? resistance bands variations too? love your content. thanks
I would love to.. just wish I had more time in the day to get everything done. The Cliftons 1's are amazing though in my opinion.. just don't seem to be lasting well. Think they'll be done by 400km.. which is pretty poor. The 4%'s are the greatest running shoe ever made in my (very limited!) opinion.. but for the majority of runners concentrating on getting some decent consistent training miles will be way more productive than hoping the 4%'s will make a difference.

Great content but theres such a huge difference between your voice audio and music. I have to turn the volume right up to hear you speak but then get deafened when your music begins to play between clips... very frustrating.
Hi Jack.. sorry about that. Everything sounded completely fine on my laptop before I uploaded it... will go back and look at the edit and see if I've made any mistakes where it might not be correct on other platforms. Thank you for letting me know.

Ben - may I ask a question not related to this post at all - Do you intend doing a shoe review of Clifton 1 Release and Vapor fly 4%?

amazing view on the top of the mountain! is this place near to Malaga? :)
Hey Johan. The Strava link is in the description if you wanted to see the exact route. It's pretty close to Malaga though!
Great video Ben, absolutely stunning surroundings. Are you sporting the Hoka Speedgoat 2s?
Missed the last two mins of the video - where I now see that you mention the Speedgoats!
Hey.. yeah, the Speedgoat 2's. LOVE THEM! Just purchased a pair of the 3's today, so looking forward to testing those out.
@@BenParkes Great, looking forward to hearing your thoughts between the two as I'm considering the Speedgoats myself!
