Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
1.Chayote Squash(Seemebadanekayi ) - 1/2 kg
2.Garlic - 1 tbsp
3.Ginger - 1/2 inch
4.Oil - 2 tbsp
5.Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
6.Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
7.Curry leaves - few
8.Onion chopped - 2 no.
9.Chopped Tomatoes - 2 no.
10.Turmeric powder - 1/4th tsp
11.Salt - 1 tsp
12.Coriander powder - 1 tsp
13.Red Chilli powder - 1.5 tsp
14.Grated Coconut - 4 to 5 tsp
15.Cinnamon - small piece
16.Poppy seeds - 1 tsp
17.Cardamom- 2 no.
18.Cloves - 5 to 6
19.Tamarind paste - 2 tsp
20.chopped Coriander leaves
