They make hole punch just for thick rubber. I got a set from Harbor Freight
Did you consider putting the angle bar under the receiver? That would put the angle bar maybe 4" lower and reduce the floppiness.
@@TravelinTim I don't mean to move the rubber down. Just the angle bar by flipping the receiver bracket over so the angle bar is under the receiver. You would need to put new holes in the rubber.
What did you use to cut your rock guard?

@@TravelinTim I just measured my 2015 RAM Dually, 70 inches wont come close to covering my needs. I would love to see a picture of your truck from the rear. your video never showed it. thanks
