In JJAM (as in many of their songs) they used wordplay with similar-sounding words that have different meanings. JAM - as in jam out (dance / play hard) JAEM - Korean word for fun They ran with the wordplay and decided to use JAM , as in the sweet stuff you spread on toast, as their video concept. So that was already fun, but they added a slight horror aspect to the video as well, which is cool.
thanks for reaction! they typically release music videos to approximately half of the songs on the album. this was the last music video for this album. they performed both chk chk boom and jjam on Korean music shows. please be careful when reacting to videos from Korean official broadcasting channels: they like to block. some people succeed to avoid blocking by hiding away the name of the music channel and program on the video, making video transparent and/or mirroring the video. I have also heard that some Korean music shows are more strict than others in terms of blocking, but I an not sure which ones are more safe to react to. they have performed chk chk boom festival version at Lollapalooza Chicago, and some people have uploaded high quality videos from online broadcasting, so you might want to check that one as well. they have also performed chk chk boom on "it's live" channel. they only sing there, no choreo, but it's a fun video. be careful with this one as well though, if you decide to react - make it transparent or smth. basically all live performances on Korean TV channels can get blocked. only official music videos and people's inofficial re-uploads or fancams are safe.
