I think the tactic of trying to slowly bleed Russia through using Ukrainian blood is failing, the Russian military is learning slowly and improving. Cameron pontificates while British and European business makes a killing in profits from sales to Russian allies (and hence Russia). watching this is nauseating

Having David Cameron back on the world stage of diplomacy is a most appropriate place for his quality statemanship. Alongside Blinken, Stoltenberg and others, they present a Western unity that is critically needed at this stage in our new world order.
The USA refused to give Ukraine ATACMS missiles in 2022 when it was easy to do. US gave 20 such missiles in October 2023! Compare it to 414 such missiles the US Army fired on Iraq within 20 days in 2003. Shame.
Atacms will have almost no impact in the war.
