    Many are saying the Keymove is now updated with 5 pin pcb, case foam, lubed/clipped stabs. I personally haven’t used it. But if it has all that, wow very solid option!!

  • @FF18Cloud
    @FF18Cloud Před 2 lety

    I'm just happy to hear someone repping the Meko Push
    Got them stock with the gateron yellows, then modded them up and slapped on some (lol) GMK keycaps to raise up the cheaper price
    I absolutely love the side rgb's way more than my GMMK Pro and how easy it is to separate the rgb's with the top, and I mean, as much as I like pandas of all kinds, using it with a set of gateron yellows I modded up with the stabs the board comes with, super happy with the board, especially when using it wirelessly

    • @FF18Cloud
      @FF18Cloud Před 2 lety

      Oh, also, GMMK compact > GMMK TKL in terms of just the board
      But I do think the GMMK TKL feels better than the compact, just man, both of my boards using glorious pandas with the stabs and switches lubed up, as much as I have an easier time using the compact board, the tkl just feels satisfying to me
      (Not as much as my GMMK Pro and Meko Push's with holy pandas and gateron yellows though)

    Hey Techne, quick question. On the GMMK board with Kailh Silver switches, do you find that if you're just resting your fingers on the keycaps that you accidentally press them due to light actuation force (like if you rest your fingers on the WASD keys while gaming)? I'm thinking about getting a GMMK later this year and am thinking about Kailh silver switches, but am not sure for this reason. Thanks.

    I own 4 of them... (I may have a problem, but at least I haven't into custom... yet). My ranking of them are:
    1. Kemove Snowfox (60%): It is at the top because it has wireless connectivity and comes with a foam in the case (hence the typing sound is the best out of all of them)
    2. Keychron K4 (96%, Aluminum version): I put it higher than GMMK basically because of the wireless connectivity and MacOS keycaps. If just comparing the build quality, GMMK is better.
    3. GMMK (TKL): It is very solid and feel top quality. Stabilizers is better than Keychron keyboard
    4. Meco Push (70%): I own the Drevo Calibur v2 which is exactly the same keyboard minus the hot-swap function. The stabilizers sound terrible and case sounds hallow as well compare to the other 3 above.
