No. They can't disqualify someone just cuz they're a terrible person.
However they could put her in the bottom and eliminate her cuz her commercial was really bad.

I think this is why I can’t watch Down Under to this day. Because season 1 was a HUGE WTF!
You should watch season 2 , it is great and so much better
