We have a basic jon boat so I have watched all of your own boat build
and eventually will be getting a shed. To build or buy, that's been our thoughts. Haven't researched either yet.

You could put solar panels on the roof eventually. I have a dark shed and it always feels warm when the sun is on it even winter sun, in the summer it will be like a sauna 😅 I'd love a shed this size though it would make a perfect room for my dogs 🐕 🐕 🐕 .
