I don't say this often, and when I do, it's from the bottom of my heart.
In this day of greed and me, me, me... one seldom finds someone who cares about the starving artists enough to freely offer them a hand up, as you are doing.
To that, I must say that I am deeply impressed, and I admire you as well as the ones who raised you to be so caring.
    Thank you,
    Kathy

breaking the rules netted one of your most succesful paintings. The drawing/proportion, values, are all on point. Nothing is overworked or overly tight. Even the palette looks organized. Worked steady and efficiently. Very nice approach and in my eyes, looked like a break-through.

I am indebted to your tutorials . Remember that after extensive search for about 3 years you happened in my painting learning.
    May God bless you.

I love portrait art, there's something special about a face... The face is the mirror of the mind, the eyes of people reflect the desires of their heart... I guess life is a reflection of what we allow ourselves to see... eyes are very similar to paintings in that regard, eyes often times say more then words can... if you can say it in words there's no need to paint it...

Very nice video and I loved the stroke by stroke moving forward video. I hate those fastforward videos that makes watching very dizzy. Wow...what a wonderful finished outcome you showed us! Inspiring. I had to put off painting due to my husband's illness that lasted almost one and half year! Simple flu and cold like symptoms but eventually it turned out to be some bacterial lung infection and figuring out what bacteria exactly are causing this illness and finding a remedy took so long...and in such stressful situation I could not concentrate on my painting activity. Well, now he seems to be out of those symptoms since last 2 months, I feel urge to start my painting activity again and this is the first video I watched to get inspired,,and I must say yes, it did inspire me! Thanks so much for your patience in explaining each detail. Blessings.
