New Clark City is a planned community currently undergoing development, located within the Clark Special Economic Zone in the towns of Bamban and Capas in Tarlac province, Philippines.[1] It has an area of approximately 9,450 hectares (23,400 acres) and will accommodate up to 1.2 million people. It is owned and managed by the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA).[2]

Ganda naman po dyan Dada Koo. Lalo pag natapos na iba pang projects dyan. Iyong mga kahoy sa hanging bridge dapat pininturahan o kaya nilagyan ng varnish para di nabubulok at di tutubuan ng mga lumot at ligaw na mushrooms. Kasi nauulanan mga kahoy na iyan kaya mabubulok nga mga kahoy at tutubuan ng lumot at kabute. At iyong mga pumapasyal dyan sana naman konting disiplina. Wag magkakalat at wag magtatapon ng basura kung saan saan. May mga basurahan naman bakit nagkakalat pa din ang iba? Mga wala disiplina

It's interesting how Philippines is a bit westernized. N'awlins is a tourist affectation of New Orleans, a southern city of the state of Louisiana. Their menu of grits, po boys and jambalaya are typical of the New Orleans cuisine which are really very good. The owner/owners must be from the area or have some connections with it. Ex pats and balikbayans feel at home and resonate with such places. It's a nice feeling and evokes a feeling of familiarity.

Mukhang tinipid ang pagmi maintain. Maraming basura. Yung lawn at ibang halaman mukhang hindi tinutubigan. Need pa dagdagan ng trees sa center island divided at side walks at roads. Need rin ng trash bin sa mga strategic lugar.

Snippet: I had no idea the Athlete Village isn't fully completed yet. It's been years since the village was last used by ASEA Competition Games. Let's get it done -- wag pabayaan unfinished, pa-ngit. Install underground sprinklers para hinde mamatay ang mga beautiful flowers and green-grass -- they look brown in this video.
