1 pound of beef steak (tender sliced chuck beef_
1 beer
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
3 garlic cloves
Small bunch of cilantro or parsley
1 roasted red bell pepper
1 roasted poblano
1 jalapeño (if you like spice use a Serrano)
1 cup warm water
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon
1/2 Tbsp olive oil

I made this last night. We loved it! It took a while for the sauce to come together and the beef to tenderize, about 45 min-1 hr. My husband raved over it and the house smelled wonderful!
