Just brilliant again, so helpful easy to understand and the way you explain thing is spot on especially when you have no idea (like me) lol. Thank you once again
Hi Steve
Can you show us how to add servos that are controlled rather than animated? For now, I just want my R2 to do the following… spin dome / drive / make sounds / swivel front projector (under my control, not animated). That’s it. Would I be better going down the RC route? Great work, thank you.😊
Extremely helpful, thank you 👍
Great video, thank you! Is it possible to have the servos manually controlled via the thumbsticks? For example, moving the holoprojectors manually using the thumbsticks.
not via the maestro no, it would probably be possible to edit the main sketch such that you could manage a couple of servos but this is a bad idea, as anything you do inside the main sketch (ie anything that your transmitter is able to influence) has potential for you to lose control of your droid.
Thank you!!
COOL man Steve! Really wonderful work! Just wondering if you may need any PCBs in the upcoming content, if so, we'd love to offer you some. (PCBWay Daisy)🙌
Hi Steve, can you help with video explaining how to connect the dome lights to Arduino for effects?
Would love to, but that’s a very difficult question to answer as there are so many different lighting options available
Steve, have you tried any of the offbrand Mega ADK boards? Arduino stopped making them and the USB host shields have been such a nightmare, using the ADK is the way to go.
Yea I’ve bought a number of ADK boards from Aliexpress
Thank you sir!@@ImperialLightandMagic
I have been helped so much by this man’s channel. I have sourced most of the components I need apart from the host shield. I have the arduino uno r3 so is there another option I can use for this host shield thingy ?? Tia
