ONE OK ROCK, their USA tour should help them expand a wider fan base across multiple generations. There are still a lot of people that never heard of this band.
Taka’s younger brother Hiro with his band MY FIRST STORY has his own fan base. They seem to be doing ok with stage and record sales.
More American’s are learning about Japanese music artists past and present because of CZcams. Japan was always a popular music tour destination for American music artist for many decades.
The Japanese have been making music for at least 900 years. Japanese are not the Indigenous people of Japan. The Ainu are the indigenous people of Japan.
Japan is a fascinating Country historically and culturally.

Haha i guess you can have been right. A rich history with beautiful traditions and on the other hand topnotch musical talent 😆 it’s definitely a case of language barriers and stuff which kind of made the gap to big i guess. I guess stuff like youtube will fill up that gap and make these things global way faster. Hope Japan is okay with sharing these bands 😆

The Japanese music industry is somewhat protective of their copyright laws. CZcams like the other music streaming services have licensed agreements with many global music labels.
In 2019 CZcams paid out over 3 billion dollars in licensing fees to music labels.
The reason CZcams is the largest music streaming service in the World.
In 80 County’s and 150 languages Worldwide. You will never see CZcams’s catalog of music uploads on CZcams’s Global Server’s. Google bought CZcams in 2005. Google acquired all the music uploads prior to that date. People from all over the World upload their personal music collections on CZcams starting before 2005. Vinyl, 33’s 78’s 45’s. 8 track and Cassette tapes, Recorded radio shows, Radio DJ shows, Reel to Reel tapes, CD’S, DVD’s, concerts, even music cylinder disk from the late 1800’s to early 1900’s are uploaded on CZcams.
For this reason is what makes CZcams the largest music streaming service in the World. No other music streaming even comes close.
I have been a CZcams addict even before Google bought CZcams. My current CZcams channel is my 3rd channel. The first two I had were too disorganized beyond comprehension even for me..LOL I deleted those two and started a new channel in 2013 from scratch.
I have close to 100 gigabytes of CZcams music, mostly complete albums and concerts on external hard drives I copied from CZcams for many years.
I don’t upload those on my CZcams channel, they are my private collections. Some I can never upload because they are still copyrighted by the music labels even after many years. Like 13.5 gigs of Teresa Teng’s album collections sets.
Plus I have Teresa Teng’s 1985 Tokyo concert downloaded on external hard drives for safe keeping.
You will not find that complete concert uploaded anywhere in the World. The last known concert upload was deleted from Youku in China on Chinese server’s years ago. That Tokyo concert is still copyrighted even today. I personally know the one who has that concert. He cannot upload it either, his CZcams upload was taken down by Google years ago. 🥺
