Better to be an event that takes 2000 scrolls but gives great rewards than 700 scrolls to give good rewards if people have tonnes of scrolls after the anniversary wash out.

Should be possible at a transedence shop event, it's normally like 900 scrolls for 50 core shards if you awaken 25 souls as well that's pretty much possible
