I don't remember the kick and go. I do admit my first New bike was from my stepgrandfather. He and grandma lived in towner, North Dakota at the time I have mixed feelings about him. Anyway being I'm off subject have a good night
You never know how far your work will reach. When I was a teacher trainer. That was my mantra. Just wanted to thank you for a perhaps unexpected reach of your work. I received a delivery of two extra large, heavy duty office chairs in HUGE boxes. There they were ...on my porch. So... thanks to watching you... I walked them to the edge of the step going into the house, put one corner on the edge and rolled the turkeys right up into the hallway. Used my legs...not my back...no problem less than half the effort I thought it would require to get them in the house. There you go. You just never know who you are going to help indirectly. Thanks so much!

I'm at home recovering from knee surgery and ran across you one night when I couldn't sleep. I enjoy watching you and Mike the scavenger. Mike is a trip. I like the way you pick up things sometimes and donate for people and especially kids. Alot of those kids probably wouldn't have bikes if it wasn't for you and Mike. So thank you so much for doing that. God bless you two guys and drive safe. I have family that lives up your way. In a place called Pekin Illinois. I don't know how far from them you are but that's along way from Tennessee. I live about 30 miles north of the Space and Rocket Center, Redstone Arsenal and part of NASA. Keep up the good work.

Paul those tests hurt but the surgery helped so much. I have no more pain or numbness. For the first time in years I have feeling in my fingertips. So worth it. Hope the best for you!

What a nice haul today! Always makes me happy to see the beautiful Miss Olivia! My brother was a drummer and you brought back a lot of memories of him practicing in the attic (like Animal in the Geico commercial) and making all kinds of noise. Ha! I especially liked the drums at the end. My dad had 2 hobbies, being a ham radio operator and playing drums in a local band they did a lot of weddings and sometimes he took mom and I along but if not he always brought me a piece of wedding came home, you triggered some neat memories.
Thought of you picked up a perfectly good running lawnmower with Fwd. drive and bag at the curb 1,000 ft from my house. Started on the 3rd pull and had full tank of gas too.,HA!. It was my day I guess runs like new. Why people throw out running lawnmowers and other good things is beyond me.
Maybe the WIFE couldn't pull start the darn lawnmower and said, "Let it be someone else's problem. It's goin' to the curb!"

In response to video @ 2:10, saw a large satellite dish while on vacation in Hawaii, turned into a piece of art, with colorful ceramic tiles applied in a mosaic pattern.
Hi Paul. The satellite dish would be cute if you painted it to look like a giant lady 🐞 bug. 😁 I think it would be cool in the garden, no matter how you decide to paint it. Sturdy enough that you could put a hose hanger on the back side of the frame. 😉 The Tranquility spot was especially nice today! Thank you for stopping there. AND a bonus Olivia sighting! 🥰

On that fan, sometimes the resistors go out for the speed controls. I had a similar issue with a fan I found. I opened the bottom and direct wired the cord to the motor. It worked on only one speed, but in my garage it was fine.

Saw the last video with the dumpster and wire brackets (and poor video resolution) and thought of the magnets that the magnet fishers use. Magnet on a rope and you can pick up the stuff at the bottom of the dumpster! Love to see the little add ons at the end! Todays video with the drums will certainly pass muster with the YT censors. You can't steal from yourself! Thanks for another episode of praise and scrapology!

My dad spent a lot of money fixing his grill over and over. My stepmom said it may be better and less expensive to get a new one especially if it is on sale or clearance.

We took a board and nailed a metal roller skate on the front and back of it and then nailed another board as post with a wood piece as a handle to make our own scooters.
Paint a face on the satellite dish and use it as a scarecrow. LOL Halloween decoration . oops too late gone . I had sound on yesterdays video that is weird that some folks didn't . You tube can be bizarre . Wish I was better coordinated as I always thought it would be cool to play drums . I am shocked at the condition of the cab on that Garbage truck! If it was in the UK it would be pulled off the road if the DVSA (or wheel tappers as they used to be jokingly called on the CB radio!) DVSA are really strict on the detail condition of heavy vehicles here in the UK

Here in North Carolina the garbageman does not take grills bicycles or steal trash they only take trash that is in the can. They will not take anything except for garbage. So everything else is left on the curb. That’s when Scrap and grandpa stop by and get that goodness before somebody else does. You have to be quick if you or Scrapper.

When plugging in unknown electrical devices, I always use a surge protector power strip and the on/off switch on the strip.
