  • This marinade is so delicious and quick and simple to make. I only marinaded it for about 12 hours (overnight) and it was the perfect amount of time. Yummie.

    Listen to the video! She said 1cup of each … soy sauce, pineapple juice and brown sugar … add chopped garlic, ginger and finely sliced onions. Add black pepper and chili flakes is optional.

    I recommend using low sodium soy sauce because regular soy sauce is too salty. Thanks

    Onions are for the fire flavor when it falls thru on the charcoal 😆 🤣 it doesn't tenderize meat thats old island volks myth something my mom would say... its a excuse for vegetables since it's meat and rice and macronies sometimes potatoe salad...
