    Black rice, also known as purple rice or forbidden rice. black rice is the highest in antioxidant activity and contains more protein than brown rice. As such, eating it may offer several health benefits, including boosting eye and heart health, protecting against certain forms of cancer, and aiding weight loss.
    Ingredients & How to make?
    Take 250 g of black rice & Wash throughly.
    fill some water and soak overnight.
    In morning filter the water and dry it under sun light For 2 days.
    Grind it into powder.
    To prepare Porridge
    Take 1 cup of rice powder and add some water soak for 5 minuits.
    Add 1 glass of water on the pan let the water boils
    Add this soaked rice powder on it after few minutes
    1/2 spoon of pepper, salt, cumin seeds or powder.
    mix it togeather & let it boil for 15 minuits in a medium flame.
    finally add some ghee and serve hot.
