I love how this song expresses sadness and rage at the same time... it's melodic and heavy in equal amounts.

As a dad it just makes me want to hug this girl, such sad song for missing parents, no parents love...
It makes me want to kick this 'daddy's ass, especially in the moment he throws his daughter's drawing away
My parents fought each other physically growing up. I'm thankful they finally realized they were no good for each other. It only took them until after my big brother and I were over 18 to finally get divorced SMH.

Having a father that abandoned myself and my mom when I was 3, growing up and taking care of my infant sister and 3 yr old brother at 9 so my mom could work to make ends meet. In and out of several marriages( my mothers) dealing with fighting and screaming from step fathers, this song really makes me take a look at how hollow and joyless my adolescent years were. I now have a 3 yr old son, and will do anything and everything to make sure he doesnt have to go through anything like i did.
I have that same story, a word to the wise though, if you are unhappy in the relationship... dont' stay. I did and apparently i did more harm than good according to my daughter. My mom was on her 4rth marriage by the time that I was 12. I didn't file for divorce until my daughter moved out to be with her boyfriend and she was in college. Now she is saying that I abandoned her...
Infected Rain deserve so much more recognition, this is just more than incredible.

Скрим просто разрывает душу, настолько выразительно передается эта внутренняя боль, переживания, разочарования... в этой песне мои любимые скрим партии. Интересно то, что для каждой песни вокал звучит как то по-особенному, словно по настроению музыки и содержимого текста. Лена добилась титанического прогресса на вокале, это очень заметно как она прибавляет каждый год.

I can so relate to this song.... I am an orphan soul too. I have been tying to hard for people lately. And it has pushed me away from the things i should really be doing.
Well, she intended the song to be about being disconnected with your family and that even through hardships and turmoil, you can emerge stronger in the end. What you were raised as defined you as a person and you can only move forward. Family is important and the bond is strong.
