A perfect example about how good camera work and sound design are crucial to a great fight scene. It doesn't matter how good the choreography is or how well trained the performers are, if the camera is all over the place and the hits sound like a football hitting a rotisery chicken wrapped in a blanket, then the audience just isn't going to be able to understand what's happening.
This short shows us that even a stop motion film using Lego mini figs can have a fantastic fight scene because both the sound design and camera work is on point.

The title card was a great solution to the context issue you were contemplating during the livestream. The end also tied it in nicely too. Also Batman's head detach when he gets hit by the pole and his arm detaches when he's gound£ing were fucking expertly done.

This is a really well done animation; myself being a lego enthusiast, this had me both laughing and remembering the first time I watched the Dark Knight Rises as a kid. Everything about this was great; especially Batman using the soap as a weapon.

Been a fan of yours since 2009, when I first saw the “Lego Batman & Spider-Man Movie 2” video and fell in love with your channel. Your videos made my love for Lego grow so much that after a while I started buying a lot of them on eBay with the help of my parents since I was only 6 back then, and I still have them on my shelf. I kinda grow up with you Forrest and while you became an adult, got married, had kids and improved your videos quality over the years, I grew up too and now I’m almost 18, and I’m glad that you’re still here, giving us so many well-made Lego videos that are even far better than the Lego Batman movie from my point of view. You’re the reason I still love Lego, and even now, sometimes, I still buy some minifigure pack at my local newsagent
