Double Honor to Dr Caroline Leaf 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you for this episode and example. This was really interesting for me. When I was 17, one of my teacher told me - our subject was marriage - “You are really clever, you have many talents from God, you have to go to university, not everyone has to get married” , and I allways worried about this, I get it as like a damn, and I wanted to live in good relationships, but I was not lucky to do this. And now I have no husband and childe and I am more than fifty, but I have 3 diplomas. 3 years ago I started working on myself, reading your books about the brain, and I have recognized many thing of “Dirty Dozen” in my life. I have recognized fals thoughts and emotions. And I am practising to changing and healing them. Thank you! 😊👍
Modorka glad you enjoyed this episode!
This is so true I got a healing by short moments of revisiting things I had pushed aside..this was God driven as I asked for healing and the Holy Spirit was present for this and when I could not bear it any longer this time of truth and healing would subside and then return but only for the time I could bear and finally this amazing love changed my heart and past ...very true advice from Dr Leaf...Love her work!
All that I'm learning from you is awesome Dr. Leaf. I agree with another comment that a book to help parents teach their children or teens would be amazing.
Amazing. Thank you so much!
Thank you for helping myself and so many others heal and change for the glory of God!
Love You Dr Caroline Leaf
Have you thought about writing simple books for teenagers and children that parents can use with them? Maybe cards I can put around my house and a flip calendar. Little helpers that will help me eat this elephant one bite at a time? I need more of this. :) God bless you.
I agree, I need something like this to break it down into sigular steps

Hello Dr Leaf, please tell me the titles of the books and if they are in Kindle?
Dr. Caroline,
What is the difference between “The Perfect You” & the “Gift in You”? Are they the same book with different titles?
Thank you!
Hi! The Perfect You is focused on helping you find and understand your uniqueness. It's one of my newer books! The Gift in You is an older version
Hi........tried several times to subscribe but each time the line that shows how far the video has played comes up too and when I try to click on the subscribe button, I get that too and it forwards the video to the end. Don't know if I have subscribed or not.
Sheron Evans hi! Click the little red button that says “subscribe” below the video itself! Hope that helps:)
Not sure how to observe my own thinking! Any suggestions on how to even start that process?
Tanesha, developing your mindfulness skills can help with this. Noticing takes a lot of practice for some. Take time to slow down and observe and describe your present moment thoughts and emotions, even for brief periods per day. Journaling can also be helpful.
I would suggest trying the headspace app for meditation, I find that they do a great job helping to explain how to observe your own thoughts.
You can start by looking what is blocking you to reach your goal or what is not working in your life.. Then ask yourself why.... Maybe because of x reason and x was a result of other reasons. Finaly you'll find yourself wondering where it comes from - the source- it can be past trauma/past events/ abusive relationships and environment etc hopes it helps :) also what i did is to make a list about my TOP 5 DAILY thoughts !! Seems like my daily thoughts are very negative and toxic
Buy the book...at least you’ll be guided by the Holy Spirit
