The highest vibration and healthiest state for your Mind and Body is Peace. Spend as much time as you can in Peace. Self comfort is much better than fear or condemnation.

Progress is what matters! Learning to be patient and take one day at a time! Baby steps are what will lead us back to “normal” me. Nothing happens when we overnight and it also applies to a mind/body recovery !

I needed this reminder badly. I’ve really been struggling and being very hard on myself as a result. Thank you for the message of self kindness. It’s hard to accept that my capacity for what I can handle has lessened lately. But I don’t need to beat myself up for it. I’m going to try and accept my current state and trust that things will improve. ❤

Struggled to get out of the house this morning but then thought it's do or die lol with regards to my quality of life. Drove to the gym/pool to chat with a Pilates instructor. I waited in a busy area (new for me) but missed him so had to return an hour later. I explained my situation regarding my restricted arm mobility and agoraphobia/panic attacks. He said I could attend and not to worry about it if I had to leave class. Booked in for next week. Onwards is the only road I need to follow, a step at a time but knowing it's ok if I stumble. I can pick myself up. Very apt video. Safe flight home. Thanks

I feel stuck and broken. I want more for my life. The fear goes up and down and today I had a big all night panic attack. I had to call off work and hate that I can't overcome this.

    Love this!
    Short but powerful !
Capacity can and will grow, to handle everything life throws at us.
Eliminating the phrase: I can’t, or I won’t be able to .. and replace it with :I’m growing my capacity so that I will be able..
That force is within everyone of us, if you just open the 🚪 door( the belief) for it.
Love the growing curve of this stuff !
    Thanks for sharing Dan!
Have great calls today, enough time to chill out with Finn too!

It’s uncanny how often your video of the day addresses exactly where I am! You really are such a gift from God, Dan. Been in a really high stress situation last three weeks and that situation is not going well and of course my symptoms are very colorful. I am doing the best I can with the TMS and the stressful situation I’m in and I just really needed to hear that today. ❤❤

Have been beating myself up thinking although I am less reactive towards my physical symptoms, I am struggling with high level of worry about life stressors. I am blaming my inability to react calmly to them ( I worry / ruminate so much about them) that I fear these worries “ overtake” my ability to stay calm and react indifferently to my symptoms. Are the two inherently connected? Will my worry about life stress impact by ability to get my chronic pain under control? I beat mysrlf up about this throughout the day … this video was helpful that I need to cut mysrlf some slack about feeling critical towards myself for doing this. Does the ruminating about “ life events” send messages of danger to the brain? Thank you .

    • @PainFreeYou
      @PainFreeYou  Před rokem

It certainly can. But overall, we don't have to believe our thoughts. Notice the rumination and say consistently - Not thinking about that again. czcams.com/video/A6Z6KO7b0lE/video.html

    • @PainFreeYou

Yes, that absolutely happens. And that experience is evidence that the brain perceiving the stress and high emotions is dangerous, thus the pain. czcams.com/video/tnU6KBAv5fg/video.html

@@networthassoc2006 I have had no chronic pain for over 13 years. I have had a few onsets of back pain, but NONE lasted longer than a week. If that occurs, I know exactly what it is. I don't feed it with fear or attention and it goes away quickly. I have zero fear of TMS symptoms coming back. Why? I know what to do about it. There's a cure for chronic pain - and what I teach is it. There is no cure for human pain.
