@motoroctan team - Sir one important feature is missing from the IMT variant of Creta is Hill Hold Assist. Same is being provided into Seltos IMT variant. Most of the channels are not covering and providing this update. Please provide some input so maximum people take input from it

I bought the Kia Seltos 1.5 IMT last year december. Went to OOTY for long drive. No issues on driving in hill area at all. Great performance, very less noise and comfortable. I rejected MG Astor as it had huge noise inside cabin. Nexon we rejected as we felt space is less. I feel confident while driving seltos and look is great. For safety, not much bothered as I had Maruti earlier for 6 years. At this price level, this variant is best as I needed classless drive, my daughter needed sunroof and my wife needed space. All fulfilled.
How much average it is providing in city ?
@@shubhamkapoor9727 It shows 12 in the city. I didn't try with full tank and test manually. Highway It was showing 16. I was driving within 90 km.

@Anupam: in my Honda City, i need to completely press the brake while on an incline to activate the HSA... I guess it should be the same. Have you tried that? and if yes probably service centre ppl should be answerable as to why it is not working as expected....

@@vijuvlogs This particular of Kia Seltos does not have an inbuilt HAC and it did roll back quite a lot on inclined slope when I had taken the TD of the same. IMT is convenient but they should have given HAC as standard for this variant....
@@anupamsamuel2805 definitely... Without hill start assist feature it doesn't solve the purpose of an automatic car 🤦🤦
@@vijuvlogs Exactly and the only solution to avoid the rollback is use the Hand break when you are on a steep climb which is not convenient at all.... And the rollback can create panic for new drivers and specially when you are with your family.....I strongly wish Kia\Hyundai takes this as a feedback and provide HAC as standard for IMT gearbox to make it more successful....

Anyone faced issues with crawl functionality in first gear in IMT gearbox,
I have seltos IMT D HTK 2022 Model.
Sometimes when I am stuck at traffic signals, and roads has small slopes like 5 degrees or 10 degrees, then in first gear, the crawl functionality does not work as expected, my car rolls backwards slightly and I have to manually press accelerator ASAP to avoid further rollback. On fully plain road, crawl in first gear works fine. But if there is very very small slope, crawl does not work as expected.

Information about mileage is lacking, especially wrt manual / automatic, and diesel variants. Also missing is a detailed explanation/experience of using the semi-automatic (iMT) transmission. How does it work in Seltos, how’s the gear change, and is it really any helpful since you still have to half of the work of changing the gears?

16 inch wheels would be more comfort oriented
17 Inch wheels offer a better traction on road leading to good stability and confidence on high speeds but you will compromise on comfort point ....I have Kia Seltos 1.5 L Petrol HTX and yes ride quality is much stiff but once you pass 100 KPH barrier then you will understand the importance of 17 Inch wheels as well as stiff suspension !

Hi All,i had i20 sports manual and wanted Automatic car to tackle issues of clutch and gear shifting as in bumper to bumper traffic ur leg starts hurting 😂. So I tested Nexon AMT n at 15 lakh approx AMT's performance is below expectations, while Brezza AMT is far superior than nexon's, also Nexon engine makes a lot noise in AMT, which one of previous owner from my apartment narrated his experience. I booked Brezza, Nexon Jet both AMT and saw This car, I loved it in first test ride as i get power of Manual while i get freedom from clutch management in traffic. Latest car has hill assist and 4 disk break, 6 airbag something for safety ( windows airbag only works when back seat passenger wears seatbelt)... Overall best car in this price who wants power and clutcless transmission in traffic

@@mad_titanthanos hi so finally i have taken IVT as my wife also wanted to drive , n only drawback of iMT i see is u'll lose ur musle memory of manual(as here u have gear only) which won't be case with iVT(Full Automatic). Also iVT is well tested technology throughout the world and kia iVT is getting sold everywhere. iVT so far is really great especially in traffic is boon
