    Locating some difficult targets along with some top metal detecting tips.
    XP DEUS II New Revolution It’s Here …
    The XP Deus 2 is a unique metal detector with unique features and performance. Once the coil, remote control, headphones and pinpointer are paired, they communicate with each other wirelessly and without latency using the XP patented radio protocol system. This means that the target signals generated by the search coil are quickly transmitted to the headphones without any delay, giving the DEUS II unparalleled speed and accuracy. The DEUS II performs extremely well in all terrain and conditions, both on land and at sea, thanks to FMF® (Fast Multi Frequency) technology.

    Thanks Gary for another insightful video. I have heard the new 13 inch has about 4 inch more of a sweet spot on deep targets vs. my 11 inch Deus coil.

      That was my findings on a 12 inch 14 k gold ring it the Wet Salt Sand at the Beach...3 to 4 inches coverage advantage over 11 inch coil at 12 inches is what I was seeing on the Gold 14 k ring size of a USA DIME.

    Good demo thanks Gary. I use the 11 inch on my D2. I used to have the 13 inch for my D1 and I did enjoy the coverage

    Hi Gary, more on EMI. I suspect that radio transmissions on power lines and wi-fi might be the cause because it is not so bad under some power lines. But EMI rejection could be improved anyway by using smoothing. The EMI is much faster than the normal signal hence why we know it is EMI 👍

    • @The-skillschool
      @The-skillschool  Před rokem +1

      A lot depends on contamination, there are lots of contaminated pasture sites where the 9" coil will be a better option.

    Hi Gary. I have just been watching your older vid: XP HF COIL TESTING HIGH FREQUENCIES. I wonder if you fancy having a go again but making a direct comparison using two Deus 1 machines, one with 9" round hf coil and one with 11" x35 black coil? I have been doing some experiments using your sonar programme and a buried lizzy penny. I kept getting better results with the x35 black coil when I thought the white coil would have been better. Next time I will use a cut quarter to really test things but what do you think?

    hi Gary. As you are a specialist in xp detectors, I would like to ask you a question, not about deus 2, but about xp orx. I had the problem today in the field that during a cigarette break my detector suddenly switched off. On switching it back on, the display showed a flat coil, but after a while, the coil showed over half a battery again and since then the detector has worked as it should. This has happened to me once before, so I am asking for your help
    (x35) coil. Have you encountered a similar problem before ? TIA.

    • @The-skillschool

    Hello Garry A lot of questions about choosing the first disc for the purchase of a DEUS 2... I would like to have your opinion if possible, which one to take?? knowing that I detect on fields, forests, sometimes polluted and mineralized .. The large 28x35 disc may not capture a coin having a lot of iron around. Thank you in advance for your advice and see you soon. Toch, Gironde, France
