Skull and Bones is an upcoming action-adventure video game developed by Ubisoft Singapore and published by Ubisoft. The game is set to be released in February 2024 for Amazon Luna, Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. A version for Google Stadia was planned before the service's shutdown.[2] The game revolves around piracy and naval warfare with a fantastical setting during the late 17th century, the peak of the historical Golden Age of Piracy.

I think they blew a golden opportunity with this game ......Land combat, ship boarding , and land exploration would have help this game tremendously ....
I couldn't agree more...The lack of land combat and ship boarding will kill this game
Was wondering if they might have added these aspects in with all the delays and whatnot. Disappointing. It actually does not look bad but it needs land combat. For all its flaws I would much rather play more sea of thieves.
im pretty sure every developer at the studio has probably said something about this. so unless its "up to the executives" . i would have said " those executives need to get fired and replaced with 25-40 year olds."

The game also needs more customization options with it's "create a character" mode. I wanted to create a Captain Hook looking pirate (NOT Disney's Captain Hook, but the Captain Hook from "Fox's Peter Pan and the Pirates" with Tim Curry as Captain Hook) but it looks like I can't do that given the limited options. Can't even make Tim Curry as Long John Silver from Muppet Treasure Island or Jack Sparrow from the Pirates of the Caribbean movies.

I saw this and got so excited, who doesn’t want to be a pirate again black flag will forever be one of my favorite games. But besides awesome graphics this game is missing so much that I’m not even interested in it anymore.
I still have some hope for. This game because I like the vibe.. but it is Ubisoft

This gameplay doesn't really show all that you can do in the game. In fact, it barely shows you anything at all lol

TBH after years of development your best option is to buy Black Flag, huge ball drop here Ubisoft. This looks a free to play game in 3 months of release, we wanted a Pirate ship RPG and ended up with a arcade game ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Because just about everyone who loved Black Flag has been telling Ubisoft we want more of that, but without the Assassin's Creed story parts. For over 10 years people have been telling Ubisoft what they actually want, and Ubisoft made this instead, which is like 1/4 of what Black Flag was.
Unfortunately, these ships move like they're made of paper. Slow moving, bulky feeling ships add to the immersion of the game. This needs to be fixed asap

Consumer: we want a guy who looks like Davy Jones that pillages and assasinates other boat crews with a good story and explosions.

This isn't a pirate game, it's just generic ship cutscene gameplay. No sword fight, no flintlock. You are the ship arcade game.
