Sergeant did not make the arrest, was working at the jail when the arresting officer brought him in for booking. The auditor is a minimum of 15 feet away on the other side of the car that is pulled over, in no way was he interfering. The officer walked away at least 30 from the stop and was more than 10 feet away from the auditor while having the completely unnecessary conversation with him. In no way could the auditor be considered interfering. This will cost the city and department dearly.

The auditor is a minimum of 15 feet away on the other side of the car that is pulled over, in no way was he interfering. The officer walked away at least 30 from the stop and was more than 10 feet away from the auditor while having the completely unnecessary conversation with him. In no way could the auditor be considered interfering. This will cost the city and department dearly.

Cop goes from, "I'm so scared" to, "You're under arrest" while suffering from the delusion that looking at him is interfering. 27:59 Cop #2 says, "You're only here because you wouldn't give your name." 29:16 Cop#1 says he made the arrest for interference.
