The queen who first appeared in Canada's Drag race series 1 also thinks that queens should have to lip sync for their lives on the show, not be eliminated by each other.

Then AS1 totally rigged for Chad to win (while Chad should have won S4), and then AS5 rigged to Shea. We know that Shea and Chad are amazing queens, but it leaves a bitter taste to watch a season where the winner was obvious since ep.1. Every time Ru calls her, she dangles a crown in front of her just to give to someone chosen during casting.

The chaos and randomness is off the charts and I’m obsessed with everything. Honestly jimbo was in my top 3 so I’m super upset but not surprised because get rid of your biggest competition while you can. But also jimbo is not wrong and honestly was not wrong with her choices. I would have kept Lemon and Cheryl because I want to see more from them and janey was great episode 2 & 3 but episode 1 was boring. And jujubee, I love her but her head’s not in the game.

Eliminating the biggest competition so early in the game is not necessarily a smart move because it establishes a precedence. Now Pangina could be taken out first chance they get too.

It's a fair point, though, I don't think it's shady. Even the most famous and well-known contestants from the show aren't necessarily going to have tens of thousands of dollars to drop on costuming when they get the call, especially during pandemic, and with Jujubee also having done Queen of the World not too far away from this, her budget might have been running thin.

I do agree but I think maybe the point Jimbo was making is that at least if she got sent home by lip synching for her life it would at least be on her, you know? It’s hard when your fate is in someone’s else’s hands. Also I think depending on the song there is a (slight) chance Jimbo could win a lip synch, some of those dancing queens have been sent home because the lip synch song didn’t suit them!

Tbh I agree with jimbo. Juju probably went into this assuming “welp, probably won’t win, again”. Of course I hope there’s always that hope and dream and belief that she can do it inside her, but sometimes reality is so hard to ignore especially with the drama, stress, shadiness of production, unfair judging and storyline manipulation on rpdr.
Also, I love that jimbo went on a cruise and brought the most enormous pair of breasts she had with her
I completely disagree with this. She was just on another reality TV show about singing, so she’s taking any opportunity to get screen time (which is smart) and running with it. But since her original season, she has been mediocre in the fashion department. AS1 Manila clocked her and said she looked like she worked at the mall. Her Queen of The Universe run, also very basic and poorly put together clothes. I think really what’s the issue is either she is making ALL the wrong fashion choices or she has someone “styling” her but it’s what she wants and not how it should be.
@@butchmcqueen5625 you’re completely right, I think it’s a combination of all of them. Personally I would never invest a lot of money (outfits) in a show that I didn’t think I’d win, won’t pay a lot, and where my personality has genuinely been “enough” for me in previous seasons.
@@jessadelix7415 I think the difference is the fact that all the queens on the UKVTW cast got a stipend of 10k dollars to spend on outfits and it genuinely looks like Juju just pocketed most of the money, which is fine, but Lemon and Jimbo (and even Cheryl) obviously look like they spent all of it, if not even added their own personal money on top of it.
She can be lazy that's her right, but that doesn't mean she should be saved from getting eliminated.

Jimbo is hands down the best. Brought the entertainment AND the looks. Why keep someone who has been in the bottom often if it’s not to eliminate competition? Don’t have any interest in watching the rest of this show now though. No one cares for alliances and having this format has generated a lot of internet backlash as we’ve seen in previous seasons - it’s clearly not fun for the queens or judges involved when eliminations are due to alliances/strategy after being aired, so why create this opportunity? It’s turns it into *may the best manipulative queen win* not the best drag queen. It’s no longer “good tv”
