    Great video. Thanks. Very helpful to see what options exist in the settings and I agree with your choice of config. Very flexible little box. Just what I need. Have just bought a MK2 used.

    Really appreciate how much work you put into the set of these videos! It looks incredible.

    New to this sequencer and it is FRUSTRATING to use because it has so many features and so many shift functions needed to access them. I do love the feature set but the learning curve is steep for writing whole songs. I have v. 3.21 and I think it may have a few bugs unless it is my lack of know-how. sometimes Hard rec for instance, does not replace recorded notes on a track sometimes

    I love your clips, so helpful and informative. Now where can I get those spiffy encoder knobs?

      These are either ChromaCaps or CoolorCaps, I forget which. I think the pyramid ones were from Chroma Caps store.djtechtools.com/products/chroma-caps-knobs-and-faders

    thanks for the video. music is a bit to hight in the mix and can not here your voice tho. makes it hard to follow.

      +Robotboot i agree this was my first voice-over experiment and it’s definitely not as easy as all of these CZcamsrs make it seem. Also I think I was subconsciously trying to bury my voice...

    thnak you for refreshing the audience of starting points!!
    just to say: music of background is a slide too high... sometimes can't perceive your words

    Can the step sequence be entered via an external midi keyboard controller?

    • @OlivierOzoux
      @OlivierOzoux  Před 3 lety

      Yes, that’s the way I use it all the time, use the controller to play the note or chord, then stamp it on the step or steps you want. I find it makes for a really fast workflow

    • @kisho2679
      @kisho2679 Před 3 lety

      @@OlivierOzoux is there a way to set it up, so that it proceeds from step to step after each key-press on the external midi-controller?

    • @OlivierOzoux
      @OlivierOzoux  Před 3 lety

      @@kisho2679 no, but unless the only music you make is 303 style basslines, I find the pyramid way works really well.
