This week we look at the Del Webb Oasis, an Orlando Florida 55+ active community.

What's unique about this community, Del Webb Oasis is that it's close to everything, Disney is just a few miles away from Del Webb Oasis. The north side of Winter Garden Florida is a close drive. The location is close to grocery stores and shopping and Flamingo Crossing is only a mile away. The Orlando International Airport is only 30 minutes away.
Del Webb Oasis offers a couple different products that we offer villas and single family homes. The 55+ retirement community has 422 home sites. The Del Webb community is a little under halfway sold out one final phase coming in about 12 months or so. So depending on the orientation of your home site, you can see the fireworks sitting on your back covered lanai, or you can be on your front porch and see the Disney fireworks every night.
As you pull into the Del Webb Oasis gated community, you can't help but notice the gigantic work in progress of the clubhouse that's going to come into Del Webb here. Something like 12,000 square feet of offerings for the residents.
So that's the thing with Del Webb, right, is lifestyle and activities, fitness center movement, studio pool, that's a zero entry pool. You have a hot tub, you have tennis, you have pickleball. And the other piece of this is the lifestyle director, which is most people who are going to be looking for in a Del Webb community, is the activities. So similar stage of life. They want to get to know their neighbors and make friends and be finished up at the end of fall of 2024. It's going to be beautiful.
The Mystique Grand is the model that is offered by Del Webb in this community that has a second story, a beautiful open split floor plan downstairs, and you have master on the main floor. You have another bedroom, you have another space that could be either an office or a bedroom. And then upstairs is a beautiful, large living area, one bedroom, one bathroom up there. If you have a child, 19 or older, if you have a guest that's going to come and stay for a little while, it's a great space for them to be able to escape to and yet still be part of the family.
We also look at the Ellenwood model of the Villa Series here at Del Webb and this one is essentially a duplex offered by the community that still gives you 1,579 square feet enjoying this wide open floor plan. And with this model, you're still enjoying the gas appliances that come with the homes in this community, your gas range, your gas tankless water heater, your gas dryer unit, as well as the back patio being plumbed to set yourself up with a nice barbecue or summer kitchen to enjoy in the Florida weather.
This is the Palmmary model. This is all of your living area on one floor. It comes in a two or three bedroom style, depending on your needs, not just walk-in closets. You have a walk-in pantry. Also here in the Palmary, you have an amazing kitchen space area for entertaining for family. I can't imagine having a party that is too large that this entertainment space over here with this counter would not be suffice.
This is the Stardom in the Echelon series of Del Webb, a bit of a premium lot because of the larger square footage larger lot, we are in the open floor plan with higher ceilings. As you can see, this still comes in two to three bedrooms, but everything feels a bit roomier and more spacious. We have the three car garage to service any extra storage or multiple vehicle needs for you here. The stardom is around 2300 square feet, but homes in the echelon can get you all the way up to 3,600 square feet. Your primary bedroom is oversized and features a bathroom that has the easy entrance shower, as well as an expansive walk-in closet. As you can see, the Echelon model comes with a larger lot that gives you space to do just about everything you can to entertain in your backyard. This paved patio has just the largest most resort style pool that I've ever really seen at new construction so far.
