Sorry coming a bit late to this LJ. England have managed to drag themselves into the final and they were t too bad in the Semi, but I think Spain is quite a step up for them but let’s see. I made that Dortmunder Export a while back - was very good from what I remember. Anyway RO is the way to go. I use it for all my brews - RO only (+ salts) for anything lighter than a bitter, but then for bitters and darker beers I use a mix of 60% RO and 40% my tap water. That seems to work well for me. Anyway you should definitely see a change in your beers for the better. Good luck 👍🏻. Cheers 🍻
