The voice acting, music and audio is incredible for this game 😮😲

I always loved this series! It had that intense 80's action movie gunplay, plus some great music to set the fast pace
In a way, it's a video-game love letter to '80s "one-man army" films.
When the chopper crash, I thought of saying "That takes care of the cremation".

You didn't have the gun controller ? Best way to play this game.
I remember playing this with a controller as a kid and I found it really hard.
I like how enemies react so randomly after being shot. You can shoot their leg and they'd still hold their stomach in pain.
We need a remaster... i want to see Marissa Soleil and Kantaris in 4K res.

This was the only Time Crisis I ever played, way back as a kid. Can't believe I used to play this with a controller (never had the gun). Never managed to get past that warehouse area around the 21:00 mark.
I know the feeling. The drill tank thing always got me. This guy finished it in like 30 seconds. I never knew you could do that.

Saw that changing position in Boss Area? Time Crisis 5 used that mechanism. And yeah, I like it and I'm having a sweat bc of this on Arcade.

I looked up this game after reminiscing about the many games I played growing up. I also wanted hear the SSHHACKKKS that I remember so well from playing it so much. I did not expect it to be a meme like it is in the comments and everyone else that played it though LOL. I love it 😂

Amazing game, I had a lot of fun when I was a kid with my optical gun in the first original playstation console, I paid USD $60 to buy that game, it was happiness for me and my family also some friends went to my home just to play it, beautiful work.

Time Crisis: Project Titan was never released in the Arcade. It was exclusive to the PlayStation.

With how this was all set up, this was the Time Crisis instalment I always felt was the most like an actual action movie; all the different settings and scenes, the opening with all the characters being shown off like a trailer, the radically different storyline to the mainline games…I could totally see this as a kickass 90s action film!

My guy studied the game and knows exactly where the enemies are gonna pop up. But that is still a decent achievement in its own right.
Ah, so THIS is where Time Crisis 5 got its multiple-angle system from. Except there, they made it a core gameplay mechanic and not just a boss-specific dynamic like it is here. And they use a two-pedal system to do it.
+FrostyTheDragon I played TC5 when I went to go see Mad Max fury road. Im so glad this series continues, pretty much unchanged, its perfect as is ^_^
yeah the 2 pedal cover system is pretty nifty, I only got as far as the first boss tho

The only thing i hate in tc5, the boss fight is really short if you shot the boss really fast compare to tc3 and tc4.

My memory of it is a bit hazy but I'm sure you get to face off with her in a bonus campaign. If I remember rightly it's in a casino, she throws a tonne of knives at you. it was a blast!

+Cloud Air The reason why Project titan is underrated is because Time Crisis 2 got released later in the same year and unlike project titan the crisis hits in time crisis 2 where more noticeable unlike project titan. So Time Crisis 2 pretty much overshadowed this game.

+Cloud Air I had both Time Crisis 1 and Project Titan, but I always reached for the first game when I played it with my dad, it was an overall average game. The first game had 2 campaigns in it too.
I think all the games had only 1 campaign though...aside from the first one...bit unfair to judge it based on that

Huh... I was aware of the hotel mission in PS1 (guess Richard goes back for Kantaris after all this?) but this was a new experience.
Wild Dog still proves to be an unkillable bastard... guess that is part of his charm after all.
The graphics have not aged well at all, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to give this a go at some point.

its funny that richard politely let wild dog escape with his helicopter, then shoot the helicopter as it flies away because 'helicopter must die' rule in video games. he destroys the helicopter; wild dog, and the robot army with just 2 shots.

The PS1 game had a hotel mission with Kantaris as well. There is also Crisis Zone (with an assault rifle and unbreakable riot shield.)
Bought this game in the aerly 2000’s as a 88’s kid. It was amazing. Still have the complete set now in 2024. The gun wont work on modern tv’s 😢

Can you change the cross hair shape, and does this require a pedal?
not really sure with the cross hair i would assume no. and since this is from ps1/x you play this with either with guncon with button on the side as pedal or you play with old psx joystick unless you play it with emulator than different case but similar story

Its a good thing Wild Dog and Kantaris hired soldiers, majority of whom can't shoot worth a damn in close quarters with handguns or know anything remotely resembling military tactics beyond popping out like they're targets in a shooting gallery.
Otherwise Miller would have died in the opening level.
But the robots he made...
