Center Parcs backing onto the property a perfect match? How?!? You have a house with a pool, sauna, tennis court, games room, loads of area to walk, Sherwood Pines on your doorstep. Why would you then pay for a holiday on your back door? You can't just rock up for a day at CP (unless someone working there signs you in on a day pass), you need to pay for a weekend or mid-week break.
I've always wanted to have a big house, and I wonder if such a large house is suitable for me, a single person. Would I be able to use all those rooms? Even for two, three, or four people, it would still be a huge house 😮
I like the fact there's no painted wood to chip or peel off in years to come. If it's wood it's a crime to paint over it; but this beautiful property is let down by a low EPC rating of E.

Maybe an Aerial photograph with the property border outlined. I notice some other channels show this. Apart from that, excellent presentation !!!
