Adult Lagotto Shave Down

This video shows how to do an adult shave down. This is recommended if you want to start over on the coat, if you are whelping or breeding, and is required if the coat becomes matted/felted. Some owners keep their Lagotto in this shave down during the summer, shaving down at the end of Spring.

Oh dear...I hope I don't look 'un-careful'...it is very hard to cut them unless they are overweight and have lots of folds. I have never cut one of my Lagotto.

Aren't their eyes sensitive to light? Is it right to trim the hair covering their eyes?

no more than any other breed. If you trim the hair please do so in the breed standard fashion.

i think the hair on legs is too short, looks like 4 spaghetti
