@094340 - You can use a old TV (or computer monitor) degaussing coil and a 100 -500 watt audio amplifier. Use your computer as the signal generator. That is what I started with.

A 300 watt amplifier might fry running a coil. More power is recommended. However it might work depending on the amplifier and coil.

@094340 - I am working on a 400 volt 15 amp switch box with 500 feet of 12 gauge wire for the coil. Those two will be listed for $250. The amplifier needs to be able to deliver 250 watts into 2 ohms. Usually a QSC amp is used and they can be found on Ebay. Don't try a USA 370 its not powerful enough.

@TheOneDries Helps to reduce pain. People with Lyme disease swear by it.

Yes, but you should use a degaussing coil, about 500 feet of 20 gauge enameled wire. That give about 3 ohms so it matches the amplifier output.

i am treating pain patient my ques is should i purchase audio amp of 300 watt and can i attach a coil directly to the amplifier ?

are you sure that your coil produce the same ultimate frequencies, being as you are using a smaller coil?

The same frequencies but not the same strength.

If you build a coil machine as per Doug Maclean's spec you can expect to produce 400 gauss magnetic field. If you are symptomatic you only need 15 seconds treatment to give you a nasty herx! Have a look at tickedoffwithlyme.com for how my daughter is overcoming lyme disease.

    what does it do?

It costs a lot to build one of these. You can get some help with just a computer program, a high power amplifier and a degaussing coil.

    Hey Bob,
I am one of those lucky Lyme people. Long story. I won't bore you. Could you possibly buil me one? I actually have some background in electronics but I am in no condition to build one myself. Let me know. Thanks.

I do Not understand what the capacitors do, capacitors do Not Increase the voltage, In speakers crossovers capacitors block low frequencies from damaging the tweeters..........

      @bobdavis321  Před 7 lety

The capacitors with the coil form a tuned LC network. The voltage across the coil doubles.

Thank You Very Much, for the Information, You are A real Gem among People ............ I Am only middle of the road In Electronic knowledge, I have experienced Capacitors do some Interesting things but I still do Not understand how It can Increase the voltage because there Is already a load on the capacitors Not giving them a chance to charge up and My own test showed the capacitors made No difference, but I have done this made a 12 volt positive and a 12 volt negative power supply and got 24 volts I do Not know how It works but the Sota Instruments Bob Beck Blood Electrification Unit has a DC to DC converter that steps up 09 volts to 30 volts then puts out up to 50 volts AC
and I built a Bob Beck magnetic pulser from the design from Chris Gupta www.newmediaexplorer.org/chris/2009/02/19/build_a_low_cost_simple_magnetic_pulser.htm but I put In a step up transformer and found 145 volts to be good but when went over 180 volts was causing neurological effects If used near head, but whether It actually knocks out pathogens I do Not know. It Is obvious that Doctor: Bob Beck was on a ego trip therefore only telling half truths, I believe everything about Doctor: Royal Rife that He actually cured 16 out of 16 People of cancer In 1934 and I also believe In the work of Doctor: Hulda Clark and Don Croft maybe. What I think the Bob Beck, Blood Electrification Unit up to 50 volts AC at 50 milliamperes which I believe to be the best thing for killing pathogens In the blood It shorts them out causing damage to pathogens but Doctor: Bob Beck was stuck on 4 Hz therefore what Is needed Is a Bob Beck Blood Electrification Unit with multi frequencies as a Rife machine, and I know of No One that builds such a thing.
Which Is better I do Not know, Doctor: Bob Beck unit puts out AC claiming AC prevents blood from coagulating but Doctor: Hulda Clark said to use DC positive offset. what I believe Doctor: Bob Beck blood Electrification unit works by damaging pathogens but and Don Croft zapper works the same but uses DC Instead of AC but Doctor: Hulda Clark zappers works by discharging pathogens.............

The capacitors only work with AC and must be tuned to match the frequency of the AC.

The capacitor(s) and coil form a series tuned circuit. When the capacitor, coil inductance and amplified sine wave from the amplifier are all the right values the circuit will be in resonance. The effect of resonance is to amplify the voltage across the coil and create a much stronger magnetic field. The capacitor box has a number of different capacitor values to allow the coil to resonate at different frequencies. If you want a layman's description of resonance as applied to a coil machine treating lyme disease have a look at tickedoffwithlyme.com/what-resonance-is-and-what-it-isnt/
