Ah--memories! I was at this festival and recall some of the faces I see in this video like "Uncle" Frank Cockney. I first met him during Aboriginal Day at Whitehorse, Yukon's annual Frostbite music festival in February--must have been back in '86 or so. Being fiddler (of sorts) myself and semi-skilled accompanist on guitar, we quickly became friends and subsequently managed to collaborate musically when I moved to Inuvik the same year this video was shot. A grand old man of music!
