We have discovered a raw and beautiful side of Pakistan and can't wait to show it to you all. I actually took probiotics (powder for Inaya- capsules for myself)- these were the non refrigerator type. I also took an immune support tablet daily which has Lysine, Garlic and echinacea - and that made sure we were feeling 100% while travelling.
