welcome to a 5am day in my life where i survive on extensive amount of caffeine lmao. in this video i force myself to wake up at 5am to be productive. i practice healthy habits like drinking water, movement, journaling, meditating and taking a cold shower, i do a few task on my to-do list like grocery shopping, my laundry & editing and self care supply shopping at target, i also do my self care rituals like going to the gym, doing a facemask & spending time with God. i hope you enjoy this video & feel inspired to do one productive thing today!! Hey, 24:03 response to the chin Acne! Unfortunately pimples or blackheads around your mouth are one of the most difficult things to get rid of! I tried everything but what I’ve found to help there is giving it a little bit more attention while cleaning my face!
